Today in P1 we all enjoyed making pancakes. Mrs Shirlow showed us the ingredients we needed and was a top quality baker! To make the pancakes we used flour, caster sugar, eggs, butter and milk. Afterwards we chose our favourite topping. The pancakes were delicious! In the classroom we talked about our favourite topping and made a pictogram to show the information. Lemon juice was the most popular topping in Miss Stirling’s class and sugar and jam were the least popular. In Mrs Shirlow’s class it was the opposite! Lemon was the least popular and butter was the most popular.
