On Wednesday 14^th September Mrs McQuiston and Mrs McCleery’s classes stepped back in time. Both classes took part in an Educational Workshop exploring life in Victorian Times. We began the day with a variety of workshops which allowed the children to discover what life was like for children in Victorian times. We dressed in Victorian clothes, played with Victorian toys and wrote with Victorian pens. In the afternoon we planned, created and filmed our own animations “Down a Victorian Mine”. This excellent, interactive day was a fun way to learn about Victorian Life.
