On Wednesday, our football team travelled to Ballymena Academy to compete in the district 7 aside finals tournament.

Two draws against Moorfields and Ballykeel were enough to see the team through to the semi-final, where they edged a close encounter with Gracehill, winning 2-0 on penalties. In the final, Buick met Carniny, and after a hard fought and highly competitive final, we were narrowly defeated 2-0, finishing runners up on the day. Playing with real panache all afternoon, everyone involved should be very proud of their achievements.
